What are the responsibilities?
To support Purchase-to-Pay (PtP) operations:
- Provide centralized Agreement support to Acquisition groups i.e. set-up and maintain contracts in SAP (rates changes, service masters creation, etc.)
- Subject Master Expert (SME) and Power User for locally and globally developed Procurement systems
- Provide training on Procurement systems to Clients, Procurement Associates as well as Vendors when required
- Work in a flexible, team environment. Participate in internal Procurement initiatives and contribute towards continuous improvement of the PtP process and operations
What are the requirements?
The ideal candidate profile:
- Graduate / Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or Computing Science or equivalent professional discipline. (Minimum CGPA of 3.0)
- Strong command of MS Office - Excel, especially advanced formulas, pivot tables and lookup functionality
- Knowledgeable in systems / SAP R3 (MM Module) applications desired
- Minimum of 3 years Working Experience in Procurement is an added advantage
- Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply
