Career Opportunity: MOX-Linde Gases Graduate Trainees Program

Who are they?

MOX-Linde Gases Sdn Bhd (MOX-Linde) is Malaysia's leading industrial gas company. MOX-Linde is also the winner of Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (FMM) Excellence Award 2010 in the Manufacturer of the Year – Large Industry category. This inaugural Excellence Award is to accord recognition to manufacturing companies that have demonstrated excellence in Leadership, People, Marketing, Operations, Innovation and Business results. 

They specialize in providing total gas solutions, namely manufacturing and distributing industrial, special and medical gases, installation of gas equipment, pipelines and engineering services. In addition, they also offer packaged chemicals, welding and consumables products.

What is the 'Program' is all about?

As a technology-based company that strives on innovation, MOX rely on professional engineering and business expertise for our competitive edge. Engineers and professional play a key role at all levels of the organisation, from running and maintenance of the company’s plant operations to setting of corporate strategy. It is no wonder then the Engineering and Business Graduate Program aims to employ the most talented and motivated engineering and business graduates of today and develop them to assume key roles in the company.

Successful applicants will firstly be given exposure to various facets of the business and thereafter more focused exposure to the engineering/operations aspects of the business.

This program lasts eighteen months and in addition to local exposure, selected high performing graduates may be given further exposure outside of Malaysia.

What are the requirements?

In addition to top academic results, they seek high achieving Malaysian candidates who display strong drive and ambition and must possess the following:

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree with at least Second-Class Upper (minimum CGPA of 3.0) from a well-recognized University in business discipline.
• Fluency in the English language and strong computer literacy
• Display extraordinary leadership abilities, dynamism, achievement oriented and a self-starter
• The program is open to fresh graduates or graduates with no more than twelve months working experience in related fields, preferably within a multinational environment.
