Fresh Graduates with any Engineering background. Apparently they are looking for candidates from various discipline e.g. Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Civil Engineering. Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry also are encouraged to apply.
