Career Development: Skim Latihan 1 Malaysia Maybank (SL1M Maybank)
Skim Latihan 1 Malaysia (SL1M – Maybank) is one of Maybank Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility in support of the Government’s initiative to enhance the employability of unemployed graduates.
Graduates selected for the SL1M – Maybank Programme will undergo an intensive 3 months residential soft skills training at Maybank Academy and a 5 months hands-on learning and on-the-job experience at the business units.

What is Skim Latihan 1 Malaysia?
Skim Latihan 1 Malaysia (SL1M) Programme was launched on 1 June 2011 in support of the Government’s initiative to enhance the employability of unemployed graduates through exposure in industry based on workforce requirements and to prepare them for future employment opportunities.
What about SL1M CCM?
Skim Latihan 1 Malaysia CCM (SL1M CCM) is a systematic platform for graduates to develop their competencies by focusing on acquisition of critical soft skills and experienced-learning exposure. This is one of CCM’s Corporate Responsibility (CR) initiatives which is aligned with CCM’s Corporate Values.
Who is CCM?
Chemical Company of Malaysia Berhad is the largest generic pharmaceutical and compound fertilizers manufacturer listed on the main market of Bursa Malaysia and is a key player in the fertilizers, chemicals and pharmaceuticals industries.
