Career Opportunity: Maersk Drilling Graduate Programme

Maersk Drilling is looking for newly graduated engineers to join their international 2-year technology programme, Maersk International Technology and Science (MITAS).


What do they offer?

During the programme you will be employed in Maersk Drilling. You will be challenged in three different technical positions in or outside Denmark, gaining hands-on experience with the support of experienced colleagues. Maersk will dedicate the attention, time and money necessary to bringing you into our world as quickly as possible. When you start you will be assigned to an ongoing project. Working in a team of experienced engineers, you will be exposed to our approach to planning, design, negotiations and project execution.

You could also perform inspection or trouble-shooting on rigs in operation or travelling to yard locations to inspect/participate in ongoing construction work. They expect you to question their methods, applying your commitment and knowledge to Maersk continued development of industry-leading engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

You will alternate between job and advanced theory training modules. These theory modules include subjects such as project management, process management, operations management, strategic thinking, entrepreneurship, risk management, economics, commercial understanding, communication, business ethics and law.

Successful completion of the programme will ensure you a challenging and responsible position as well as giving you the foundation to become a technical leader in Maersk Drilling or in any other business unit in A.P. Moller-Maersk.
